Site Manager - Mental Healthcare Support

Location: Howell, MI

Compensation: $19.50 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Description:

We're seeking a Site Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of young adults with special needs. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about leadership in mental healthcare settings and are committed to creating a supportive and effective environment for both clients and staff.

Our organization provides a comprehensive range of mental health services, including emergency assessments, individual and group therapy, and community support programs. Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assistance: Assist patients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Staff Management: Schedule and oversee all caregiving staff, ensuring optimal staffing levels at all times.
  • Coaching and Support: Guide, train, and support staff and patients, fostering a nurturing atmosphere.
  • Safety and Comfort: Create and maintain a secure environment for patients.
  • Behavior Monitoring: Work with housing managers to address and manage patient concerns effectively.
  • Engagement Activities: Conduct activities to enrich patients' lives, such as arts and crafts, games, and walks.
  • Documentation: Manage training documentation for caregivers, maintain accurate patient logs, and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations.
  • Professional Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional care.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members, implement Individual Plan of Service (IPOS) for patients, and organize regular staff meetings.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct meetings with guardians and caseworkers to discuss patient progress and address any concerns.
