Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager/ Consultant in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of various projects within the infrastructure technologies group, demonstrating a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The role will be based in Lambertville, New Jersey - hybrid 3 days a week on site.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the enterprise-wide implementation of Office 365 and manage additional smaller projects within the infrastructure technologies group.

• Ensure all projects are aligned with organizational goals and IT standards.

• Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, and Microsoft Access to effectively manage projects.

• Apply knowledge in EO/IR systems, About Time, AB Testing, and Budget Processes to drive project success.

• Deliver results on time and maintain high-quality standards.

• Design and manage project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.

• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a Project Manager or Consultant role

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies and their application in a manufacturing environment

• Proven experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Ability to manage and work with databases effectively

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems and their application within the industry

• Experience with the 'About Time' management software

• Proficiency in AB Testing and its application in project management

• Understanding of budget processes and ability to manage budgets effectively

• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget

• Strong design skills, preferably in a manufacturing context

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Access

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Management or Engineering.
