We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. This role primarily involves managing assets and capital, conducting research, and generating reports. As a member of our team, you will be instrumental in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strategic management of financial resources.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assets to ensure maximum return on investment

• Monitor and manage capital to maintain financial stability of the organization

• Conduct research to identify potential investment opportunities and risks

• Generate financial reports for management review and decision-making

• Collaborate with other departments to implement financial strategies

• Monitor financial market trends to inform strategic planning

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

• Identify and implement strategies for improving financial performance

• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely audit processes

• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high performance and continuous development.

Requirements • Must possess strong skills in Asset Management

• Proficient in Capital Management

• Has a solid background in Reporting

• Must have strong Research skills

• Has a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven experience in a Finance Manager role or similar

• Strong understanding of business financial laws and regulations

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills

• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity

• Strong ability to strategize and solve problems

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficient user of finance software

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.
