TEKsystems Customer Service Representative - Nights in Lafayette, Colorado
(3 days/12 hour shifts)
Job Title: Overnight CSR
Location: Lafayette Colorado, 80026
Start Date: May 20th
Pay: $18.20/hr.
Schedule: Training Mon, Tues and Weds 6am-6:30pm for the first month.
Once
trained, will go to night shift: 5:30pm - 6:00am Sun, Mon and Tues – Off from
Wednesday to Saturday
Job Description:
Taking inbound calls from patients from the hospital or medical centers attached to the hospital
Handling operator calls including call for emergencies (security, weather, etc.), and taking after hours for doctor groups
Skills & Qualifications:
At least 1 year of call center experience OR retail environment handling a high volume of calls
