  • Lead the charge in WSDOT Stream Designs and a suite of influential fish passage initiatives, becoming the backbone of our ecological stewardship.
  • Manage project intricacies across multiple fronts, demonstrating impeccable time management and multi-tasking prowess.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, affirming that KPFF Lacey is synonymous with excellence and reliability.
  • Inspire and guide a dedicated team of engineers and drafters, fostering their growth and ensuring project integrity.
  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, scheduling, budgeting, and profitability, ensuring each project stands as a testament to our commitment and expertise.

Who We're Looking For

  • Licensed as a P.E. in Washington, with deep knowledge of the pertinent environmental codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Experienced with the permitting process involving WDFW, USACE, and other regulatory bodies, adeptly navigating the project approvals landscape.
  • Proven experts at juggling multiple active projects, with unyielding attention to detail and unwavering dedication to quality.
  • Communicative, team-oriented, and proactive, with an innate ability to rally a team and build consensus.
