What You'll Be Doing As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Spearhead the pursuit, development, and execution of innovative fish passage projects, managing everything from hydrologic analyses to permit applications.
  • Act as the primary liaison, ensuring a seamless flow of information between clients, design teams, and stakeholders.
  • Guide and mentor a skilled team of design engineers and drafters, championing excellence in design and technical quality.
  • Navigate multiple projects with finesse, keeping a sharp eye on budgets, schedules, and ensuring adherence to clients' aspirations and contractual obligations
  • Provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from inception through to construction, employing your expertise to forge solutions that exceed expectations.

Who We're Looking For

  • A B.S. Degree or higher, with an active P.E. License in Washington.
  • Proficiency in HEC-RAS and SRH2D, along with a thorough understanding of the design and construction regulations unique to Washington's ecological projects.
  • A track record of navigating permits with environmental regulators such as the WDFW and USACE.
  • Exceptional communication skills, team spirit, and a collaborative attitude are vital in complementing our culture of teamwork.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and personal commitment to delivering work that stands out in the industry.
