Description This position is responsible for assisting the Physical Therapists in patient treatment and performing assigned procedures as delegated by the Physical Therapist. Performance is evaluated by the Home Health Clinical Manager or Home Health Director through written reports and documentation from Physical Therapist. Or a graduate of an approved school of physical therapy assistant who is eligible for licensure. upon hire: Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License. within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) number. 1 year Experience in an acute care facility or a graduate of an approved school of physical therapy assistant who is eligible for licensure.
