The Training Team *within the Department of Ecology's *Human Resources Office is looking to fill a Human Resource Training Consultant -- LMS Administrator (Human Resource Consultant 3) position. This position is located* in our *Headquarters Office in* *Lacey, WA.{rel="nofollow"} Upon hire, you must live within a commutable distance from the duty station.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with experts in diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect (DEIR), to help improve opportunities for Ecology's workforce to learn and grow. You will use your expertise in learning and development to gather feedback, identify needs, assess training, and provide training consultation to others. This role includes the chance to grow your skills in:
- Collaborating with and facilitating matrix groups
- Providing learning and development services and training consultation
- Contracting and procuring services
- Administering a learning management system, and
- Continually learning about a broad range of DEIR-related topics.
