Bachelor's degree or minimum of 10-years equivalent experience in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, industrial maintenance, or related environment with a working knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical systems.
Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as maintenance techniques and best practices.
Certifications in PLC, Hydraulics, Electrical and pneumatic

Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree or minimum of 10-years equivalent experience in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, industrial maintenance, or related environment with a working knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical systems.
Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as maintenance techniques and best practices.
Certifications in PLC, Hydraulics, Electrical and pneumatic are a plus.
Electrical knowledge is highly desired.
Experience with CMMS software is highly desirable.
Welding certification and prior experience operating a forklift is highly desirable.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
Attention to Detail
Must have (sit-down) forklift driving experience.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
