Job Description Summary

The HRSD Manager has operational governance oversight on the day-to-day service performance and escalation handling. They will provide subject matter expertise over the various work streams. They would also work together with the vendor in parallel to stabilize operations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Identify and implement improvements to operational aspects with Genpact

• Drive stakeholder engagement through QBR meetings and ensuring a continuous improvement in services provided

• Leads projects/initiatives within the HR Operating model and drives better associate experience

• Providing Knowledge expertise within C&B and provides the vendor with support and guidance.

JOB SUMMARY

This position supports all aspects of Human Resources Operations including administration, payroll processing, benefits enrolment, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition and training & development. The role will also provide support to the business in various projects and initiatives as needed. This position reports into the Director – Human Resources for Greater Asia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports the implementation and maintenance of human resources programs/policies within the region to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, while ensuring consistency across markets.

  • Provides leadership and guidance on compensation and benefit policies, procedures and practices by conducting market analysis, monitoring changes in legislation and recommending appropriate action plans to maintain competitive compensation and benefits packages.

  • Responsible for providing HR services to employees through efficient operations such as HRIS systems, administrative functions and payroll processes.

  • Ensures accurate and timely communication of information and documentation to relevant stakeholders.

  • Partners closely with Business Leaders and other functional areas to develop solutions for complex people issues and works towards resolution.

  • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition team to assist in recruitment activities and identifying potential candidates for positions across multiple countries.

  • Provide advice and counsel to leaders at all levels of the organization.

  • Manages HR service delivery and operational tasks which include but not limited to:

  • Employee Relations Management (ERM)

  • Payroll Processing

  • Benefits Administration

  • Performance Management

  • Training and Development

  • Other HR Programmes

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in multinational companies, ideally within the healthcare industry.

  • Proven ability to lead and influence others; able to build strong relationships across different cultures and geographies.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin Chinese languages.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and stakeholders.

  • Experience working in diverse environments where cultural sensitivity is critical.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent listening abilities and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Highly self-motivated, organized and detail oriented.
