We are currently seeking a Working Student (f/m/d) Service Administration who will be responsible to support the team in terms of administrative tasks.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Writing and sending cost quotes according to templates (Excel / Word / Outlook)

• Updating customer data (Outlook / Excel / ServiceMax)

• Answering administrative customer inquiries, e.g. missing service reports (Outlook)

• Sending small items e.g. folders, stickers etc.

The required qualifications for the job include:

• Good English Skills

• Good MS Office Skills

• Registered Student – A specific field of study is not required

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• enjoy working independently but also in teams

• disciplined, committed and responsible - even with recurring tasks

• eager to expand your knowledge and develop personally
