As Senior Facility Assistant you will be a member of team, which takes care of our employees and quests in the office building, in Krakow.
Key responsibilities:
Procurement of Office stationery and supplies
Respond to internal requests for facilities services or repairs and contact property management or external providers
Assist with tasks related to facility management and appearance
Assist with Health and Safety, Secrity and Environmental tasks
Support Plan Beyond goals and tasks related to office sustainability
Create or order Jacobs identification badges and provide or site access card management
Direct staff to corporate for guidance on offsite storate and co-ordinate box storage and retrieval
Upkeep of floor plans and other office information
May track office utilization or update other facility related data as needed or requested
Support with reception duties to provide cover for absence
Visitor management, including the maintenance of visitor and staff attendance records and the issue of Visitor badges
Preparation and management of Access Control system including the preparation and issue of access control cards to staff
Emergency evacuation support
Incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Procurement of Office stationery and supplies
Internal mail box management
Guest car parking management
Support Technical team with first floor meeting space bookings
Here’s what you’ll need :
Fluent English
Minimum communicative Polish
Honest, punctual, hard-working, willing to learn new things, open-minded
Experience in a similar position is a must - we prefer candidates with experience in big offices, any relevant experience will be considered
