Providence Manager Rehabilitation Services - PKIMC OT in Kodiak, Alaska
Description
Working in collaboration with the PHSA Rehabilitation Therapy Leadership Team, this position works to create, manage and implement, effective processes and strategies that benefit all patients and their caregivers experiences, and improve quality and cost of care.

Hours: Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, or related field
Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapist License Or
Upon hire: Alaska Physical Therapist License Or
Upon hire: Alaska Speech Language Pathologist License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
1 year Clinical experience demonstrating progressive leadership
2 years Clinical experience in an area of clinical specialty.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, or related field Or
Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, or related field.
5 years Clinical experience in an area of clinical specialty.
3 years Program development and program evaluation.
3 years Clinical experience
