Job Title: CNC Operator

Job Description

As a CNC Operator, you will produce machined parts by loading programs, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine with precision and safety. You will ensure maintenance of quality and safety standards, manage PM checks, and keep necessary tools and supplies at the workstation.

Hard Skills

  • Experience with CNC machines such as Cincinnati, G&L, Ocean Avenger, and 4 Star

  • Hands-on knowledge of tooling for steel machining

  • Understanding of feeds & speeds for large industrial machines

  • Experience in sawing, drilling, & milling

  • Knowledge of chip load requests for milling operations

  • Experience with 5-Axis Milling machines

  • Experience with various operating systems

Soft Skills

  • Good problem solving & troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to mentor junior operators

Job Type

This is a permanent position.
