Our client is hiring a 2nd shift helpdesk associate to grow on their team and support ongoing projects. This position is 100% on-site in Knoxville, TN.

Consultants will be responsible for supporting all the systems that are located throughout their centers, POS, credit card switch software, and other proprietary systems. Associates will be supporting the store managers and employees in the field. This will be 100% phone support. Training on all their internal proprietary systems will be provided. All candidates need to have a good attitude, strong work ethic, good communication skills, great customer service skills, and a strong sense of urgency. The desk has a high call volume so there is not a lot of down time.

Candidates should ideally have at least 1 year of experience with technical phone support, preferably in a Windows environment, and any networking experience is a plus. Will also interview candidates who recently completed an Associates or higher in Computer Science as long as they have stability in work history in customer service/phone support experience.

• Stability in work history

• Past technical work experience on an IT helpdesk OR customer service/phone support experience

• Must have an Associates Degree or higher. They value individuals that are interested in educating themselves.

• Customer service skills; this is a first-tier internal support job

• Go-getter attitude. This is a fast-paced environment with frequent change. Must be able to multi-task and keep up. Fast learner.
