Overview:

INTECON is seeking a Risk Management Analyst for our Nuclear Command, Control, Communications (NC3) Integration program at Kirtland AFB. The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) NC3 Integration Directorate's mission is to deliver integrated NC3 capabilities that warfighters use every day to deter and assure. The Directorate ensures ongoing NC3 programs, legacy systems, and new capabilities are fully integrated as part of the Air Force's overall effort to sustain, modernize, and recapitalize the nuclear enterprise.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and execute processes for tracking risks across the Air Force NC3 Weapon System program populace.

  • Coordinate with Air Force Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and System Program Offices (SPOs) to identify, analyze, report, and manage risks utilizing lifecycle risk management systems and policies.

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support certification of the NC3 Weapon System.

  • Aggregate and analyze periodic risk reports and mitigation plans developed and executed through the owning program offices.

  • Provide support to the Directorate, Divisions, or Weapon System programs as required by the Government.

    Clearance Requirements:

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance, with the ability to be upgraded to Top Secret/SCI eligibility.

  • TS/SCI clearance is desired.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree is desired. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of risk management experience.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to perform all functional duties independently.

  • Willingness to travel, if required.

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).

  • Capability of lifting objects not to exceed 25 lbs.

  • Experience with Air Force Major Command, Global Strike, or NC3 Weapon System Programs is desired.
