Job Description

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Industrial Electrician is tasked with daily electrical work, ensuring all machinery and equipment are maintained in good repair for effective mill operation. Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing various electrical equipment, including motors, generators, pumps, and heavy-duty machines. The role also involves reading blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to assemble equipment and adhere to work procedures and processes.

Hard Skills

• PLC programming support

• Reading blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings

• Running conduit and wire/rewire systems

• Troubleshooting and maintaining AC/DC motors, generators, and associated machine controls

Soft Skills

• Thorough knowledge of electrical theory and principles

• Ability to diagnose and repair issues with motors, controllers, PLCs

• Recognizing opportunities for improvements and savings

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in NA, Virginia.

Work Environment

outdoors, non-climate controlled

Pay : $30-35/hr.
