60-70% mechanical 30-40% mechanical 1.Troubleshoot & maintain mechanical, steam, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. 2.Performwelding, pipe-fitting, fabrication (lathe and milling experience). *Previous experience not required 3.Perform Predictive and Preventative Maintenance inspections, service, and repairs. 4.Troubleshoot & service pneumatic and mechanical drive systems. 5.Rebuildof production equipment, spare assemblies, shop work. 6.CompletesSAP/AMM PM's, work orders, spare part lookup, and time tracking. 7.Perform equipment pre-flights and start-up checks. 8.Perform machinery changeovers to meet production demands. 9.Participate in daily team meetings with information about improvements. 10.Cross training and skill set training both electrical and mechanical.
