Position: Asia Customer Service

Location: Ladkrabang

Mission

To provides goods and services to all customers by meet their service level, delivery lead time as well as providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To know and understand all customer requirements.

  • Orders management (Order integration, Invoicing, Shipping documents, etc.)

  • Coordinate with customers on any concerns related to customer service.

  • Coordinate and share information among related support functions.

  • Manage and anticipate all events that may impact customers to avoid service issues.

  • Monthly report and presentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in Customer service, logistics or Supply chain

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English

  • Continuous improvement mindset

  • Good relationship

Competencies

  • Technical skills:

  • Proficient in MS Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Oracle, SAP)

  • Import, Export, and regulatory process.

  • Product referential

  • Sales & Distribution Planning
