We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Maintenance/Industrial Construction worker.

This position requires in-depth knowledge of the trades listed below. This is NOT an entry level position. We are looking for someone who can work in a busy factory with minimal supervision.

• Carpentry

• Plumbing

• Glass Replacement

• Painting

• Masonry

• Electrical Wiring

Qualifications:

• Candidates should have the skill and ability to effectively use a variety of hand and power tools; operate appropriate lifts as needed to perform duties of the job; read blueprints; review and identify projects needed to be serviced by outside contractors; follow oral and/or written instructions; communicate effectively in both oral and written form; maintain work logs and service requests; establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work assignments.

• Knowledge of standard practices and tools used in the maintenance and repair of building facilities; safety practices and procedures related to the building trades; ADA rules and regulations; proper lifting techniques; basic math to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

Physical Requirements:

Job is physically demanding: This position requires performing a variety of physical labor including climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for long periods of time; lift of heavy objects on a regular basis, carrying boxes, tools, equipment and materials, repetitive tasks.
