Adecco is hiring immediately for Production Associates at a local client in Kent, Renton, Bellevue, Auburn, Federal Way, and neighboring cities. Production Associates do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility, with rates starting at $17.00-$22.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures, monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality control, perform quality inspections on finished products and identify any defects or abnormalities, assist with loading and unloading materials and products as needed, follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• High School or GED equivalent

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred but not required

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour
