The Trainer will support the Kearney location with talent development deliver and analysis to support business growth.

We are looking for an organized and experienced trainer to join our organization. The trainer will be responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources. The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve employee training and performance.

This role reports to the Division HR Manager.

· Manage training content on Learning Management System (Success Factors) system.

· Assess hourly and salaried team member training needs.

· Identify and implement a common skills matrix platform across the division.

· Create and deploy annual schedule of training requirements to address skills matrix and development plan gaps.

· Delivery training requirement including High Performance Teams and Front Line Leader Training programs at least annually.

· Program Development – based on development requirements, create strategy workforce development plans to address long term skill gaps within the division (career guides, hourly career days, etc)

· Identify alternate ways for the division to deploy training using approved technology.

· Ensure corporate led training is completed across the division, following up as required to meet deadlines.

· Identify reports to track progress as it relates to training.

· Bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources, or related field

· Minimum two (2) years' previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position

· Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software

· Working experience with Peoplesoft and Success Factors.

· Strong project management skills.

· Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

· Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules

· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

· Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills

· Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/sales goals

· Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
