[The Trainer will support the Kearney location with talent development deliver and analysis to support business growth.
[We are looking for an organized and experienced trainer to join our organization. The trainer will be responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources.[The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve employee training and performance.
[This role reports to the Division HR Manager.
[Manage training content on Learning Management System (Success Factors) system. [Assess hourly and salaried team member training needs. [Identify and implement a common skills matrix platform across the division. [Create and deploy annual schedule of training requirements to address skills matrix and development plan gaps.
