Description and Requirements
We are looking to hire a Project Management and Business Operations Leader for our Offering Development team in the Digital Workplace Solutions business unit at Lenovo. Our team is responsible for developing, launching, and refining the service offerings that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive project plans; define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.
• Track performance against the project plans; identify risks and work with the relevant stakeholders to mitigate the risks.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate performance of the offering development team
• Setup governance to ensure compliance with the Lenovo offering development process
• Maintain comprehensive offering documentation (with support from the offering managers)
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent mandatory. Master’s degree / MBA preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years working experience; 3+ years project management experience and understanding of the offering / product development process preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and operational responsibilities simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
