Our vision is efficient deal cycles throughout the customer lifecycle and agile commercial processes, including low touch solution designs to replace outdated processes and systems, leading to acceleration of revenue and profit. This team works cross functionally with sales, services, legal, pricing, deal support, sales systems, BT and others to drive Deal Transformation efforts and support evolving business needs.About the RoleAre you ready to apply your knowledge of and experience in SaaS commercial models, deal structuring, problem solving, and collaborating across organizations to deliver operational solutions? We have an outstanding opportunity within the Deal Transformation team for a person with vision, passion for excellence and a track record of delivering results in a sophisticated organization.Promote operational excellence, identifying and delivering short- and long-term opportunities to optimize systems and processes in alignment with cross-company initiativesSupport enablement and communication strategies to motivate change in support of the transformation initiativeLead and contribute to tactical tasks, such as UAT, business process documentation, order form maintenance, etc.About YouBasic Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Sales, Pricing and / or Commercial Operations at an Enterprise Software vendors3 - 5+ years experience using opportunity and CPQ systems in a SaaS environmentOther Qualifications:Analytical, structured thinking; effective ability to influence partners and decision makers in a matrix environmentSalesforce, Apttus, Celonis experience a plusData modeling, analysis and process optimization experienceStrong oral and written communication skills, ability to tailor communication to different audiencesSolutions orientation, ability to convey direction, and drive alignmentAbility to lead multiple projects and priorities, report on progress, and remove roadblocksDrive effective change management efforts in a cross functional organizationWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
