Summary Description
We are currently looking for anOnline Branch Relationship Bankerto join our Online Branch.

What youll do
- Serve the customer in an accurate, professional, courteous, efficient manner and demonstrates the Banks customer service standards with both internal and external customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution in a professional and composed manner and escalates to manager as appropriate.
- Use computerized systems for customer authentication, information gathering/validation and processing business as usual, as well as escalating exception transactions to senior team members.
- Perform within a complex, multi-functional technical environment.
- Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are provided, accurately and promptly.
- Learn to identify customers current and future financial needs.
- Ensure all bank policies and procedures are followed for all duties related to the position.
- Ability to exercise discretion and handle sensitive and confidential issues.
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
What youll bring
- High School Degree or GED required
- At least 1 year of previous banking experience plus 2 years of supervisor experience preferred
- Previous knowledge of bank products, policies, procedures and systems required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must possess superior problem-solving skills, sound judgment and decision-making abilities
- Must be a team player who can work with a team of individuals to perform a variety of tasks, working toward common branch and bank objectives.
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
