Description

We are searching for a meticulous Customer Service/Order Management Associate to join our team in the healthcare industry. The hybrid role will be based in Kannapolis, North Carolina, and will involve liaising with various healthcare facilities. This opportunity offers a short term contract employment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle order entry and order management.

• Utilize basic medical terminology to assist customers and maintain vendor files.

• Manage vendor relationships and supply chain logistics effectively.

• Use ServiceNow application and Microsoft Office Suites for administrative tasks.

• Leverage Microsoft Power BI and Epic Application for data analysis and management.

• Conduct email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner.

• Be proactive and inquisitive in figuring out what is needed from internal staff/vendors.

• Maintain a customer-focused approach and demonstrate professional communication skills.

• Be diligent and efficient in managing customer accounts and vendor relations.

Requirements • Proficiency in Basic Medical Terminology

• Ability to handle Customer Accounts effectively

• Excellent skills in assisting customers with inquiries and issues

• Experience in maintaining Vendor Files in an organized manner

• Proven ability to manage Vendor Relationships effectively

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Logistics

• Proficiency in using the Servicenow Application

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI for data analysis

• Familiarity with the Epic Application for healthcare management

• Excellent written communication skills for Email Correspondence

• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospital, or social assistance environment

• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
