What’s a typical day as Human Resources Assistant? You’ll be:

• Assisting in recruitment and staffing by creating job descriptions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates.

• Addressing employee relations issues, mediating conflicts, and ensuring effective communication between management and staff.

• Maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies, including record-keeping and payroll processing.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 3-5 years of Human Resources experience.

• Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience in HR functions.

• Are proficient in HR software systems and have excellent communication skills.
