The Associate Client Project Manager is the entry-level job within the Project and Programme Management – Client Implementation Projects job family. The Associate Client Project Manager leads and directs concurrent client projects classified as standard. The individual may also be involved in larger-scale projects supervised by a Senior Project and/or Programme Manager. The primary responsibility of the Associate Client Project Manager will be to interface with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation, including handing over to Operations (whether internal to NTT or into the client's support operations).

Re s ponsibilities :

  • Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, defining project scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to communicate project requirements and ensure project deliverables are met.

  • Monitor project progress, identify, and track project risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

  • Assist in managing project budgets and timelines, ensuring project costs are within budget and timelines are met.

  • Support the development of project presentations and reports to provide project status updates to business leaders.

  • Assist in identifying project dependencies, critical path activities, and ensuring they are managed appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field

  • Fresh graduate or less than 3 years of working experience

  • Strong in interpersonal skills

  • Has excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to prioritize work independently and work under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Team player, resourcefulness, strong analytical skills is an advantage

  • Knowledge in the following area may be advantageous:

  • Agile methodologies

  • Project management software such as MS Project

  • CAPM or having related project management certification is a plus
