We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, business development, and technology, with the ability to analyze markets and negotiate effectively.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through account management
Effectively communicating with Customer Service regarding customer requirements and special needs and to offer world class service to customers on every order placed
Working with our Design Team, Customer Service, Production, Shipping, and other internal departments as an effective team member to create packaging solutions that fit the needs of the customer and the manufacturing capabilities of our Production team
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field
Strong understanding of technical sales processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in analyzing market data and trends
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales successfully
Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum: completed high school diploma/G.E.D.
-Outside Industrial sales experience is preferred
