BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team for all area on the island of O'ahu, Hawaii. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive pay rates starting at $16.50 with a weekly pay schedule

• Flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, various shifts)

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)

• Accompany clients on errands and appointments

• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities

• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation

Qualifications for our support professionals:

• One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (If you do not have this experience, training is available through our apprentice program)

• High school diploma or equivalent

Type: Flexible scheduling to match the client needs, for Part time positions, may work up to full time

Pay: Weekly; $16.50-$17 starting pay based on experience
