*1st & 2nd Shift Position Available*
Duties include:
Greet all customers with courtesy and respect
Promote merchandising specials, advertisements & product lines
Assist in parts display, warehouse maintenance & department housekeeping
Assist in processing & replenishing merchandise, shipping & receiving parts, and unit deliveries by loading and off-loading product shipments
Assist in bi-annual parts warehouse & mobile vehicle inventories count and adjustments
Accurately & efficiently complete sales & invoicing for cash or credit card transactions
Assist service staff with parts retrieval & allocation, and component & system identification
Assist in packaging parts orders and coordinate shipping needs
Answer phone calls directed into the parts department and to the dealership
Communicate all customer order requests to parts management
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, count & write legible to accurately complete documentation
Attention to detail and a sense of pride and quality in work
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Computer literate (Microsoft Office & Windows based programs; Email and Internet familiarity)
Ability to operate & use forklift to load and off-load delivery trucks
Ability to work with others in a team environment
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to quickly adjust priorities
Lifting requirements of up to 75 pounds from floor to shoulder level
A desire to continue learning & training for the development of product knowledge and skills
Reliable attendance is a must and possible overtime may be needed during busy periods
