Job Description

Seeking a proficient Design Engineer to design Industrial Gas Turbine (IGT) auxiliaries, components, assemblies, and systems, ensuring they meet all fit, form, and functional requirements. The role involves interfacing with various technical disciplines such as Aerothermal, Structural, and Manufacturing Engineering to develop designs that adhere to all applicable criteria. Responsibilities include analyzing components to maintain appropriate stress levels, selecting suitable materials, and reviewing OEM component designs for effective solutions. The engineer will also assist in managing part numbers, system configurations, and provide technical support across departments, including troubleshooting at vendor and customer sites. Additionally, the position requires visiting power plants and customer sites to support field services and participating in internal and external presentations and meetings.
