JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
BSN RN with two years experience in the hospital or clinic setting. Current licensure in the State of Arkansas.
Experience
Two years in a hospital or clinic setting, preferably working with care coordination or case management.
Physical
Normal hospital/clinic environment. Exposure to biological hazards. Frequent exposure to unpleasant odors. Close eye work. Hearing of normal and soft tones. Lifting up to 100 pounds. Carrying up to 40 pounds. Pushing/pulling up to 350 pounds. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing and reaching. Able to talk clearly and hear well over the telephone. Experience with EMR preferred.

JOB SUMMARY
The RN Case Manager will carry out, in collaboration with appropriate health professionals, the provision of services to individals, groups, and community as required. The will be responsible for consultation with other agency personnel for direct services to patients. The RN Case Manager must interact with all other medical center departments, promote good public relations for the department and medical center. This position is required to utilize independent judgement.
