Packaging Team Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Responsibilities\ This role will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise:\ * Provides daily work direction to frontline associates\ * Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics\ * Leads daily performance meetings\ * Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action\ * Makes daily decisions impacting the business\ * Handles all team performance and personnel issues\ * Manages time and payroll systems\ * Reconciles shift performance by using functional business systems
Compensation and Benefits:\ * The expected compensation range for this position is between \$45,400 - \$68,000 based on a full-time schedule.\ * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.\ * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.\ * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
Qualifications\ * High School Diploma required\ * Associates degree or equivalent background preferred\ * Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Preferred\ * 3 + years experience in Supervising Others Preferred\ * Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills\ * Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others Take Others With You\ * Able to Instruct and Teach Others\ * Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work\ * Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Capabilities\ * Knowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures\ * Mechanical and Technical Aptitude
