Pre-Sales Senior Solutions Consultant (EHS software) - Remote R0039964
As a Pre-Sales Sr. Solutions Consultant, you will develop a understanding of the Enablon Software platform functionality, in the fields of: Environmental, Health, and Safety Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance, Process Safety Management & Environmental Social Governance. You will work with the sales team to respond to functional and technical requirements and present our solutions to ensure successful sales completion for existing and potential customers. You will also capture requirements to enhance our product Road Map and fuel product improvement.
This is a Remote role and will report to the Manager, Sales Support - CPESG Enablon and under the leadership of Director, Technology Sales Support - CPESG Enablon
Required Job Qualifications (Minimum):
Experience: 7 plus years industry experience or 5 years at Enablon
SME Practitioner
Full product knowledge/Run enterprise opportunities
Understand deeper client challenges and can explain complex information in straight forward way
Provide SME support to other Pre-Sales and wider our teams
Soft Skills/Communication - Explains complex information in straight forward way
Level at which career may stabilize for many years
Be a trusted advisor to Pre-Sales Management
Must be legally authorized to work in the USA. #LI-Remote
Travel : This role requires a healthy level of travel, generally around 30%. There could be some months where you travel 1-2 days a week, every week, and other months where you don’t travel at all. You will travel to provide onsite demos, attend conferences or internal seminars. This travel is 90% of the time in the US and Canada, but occasionally internationally (i.e. South America, Australia, Asia and Europe)
Other Qualifications (preferences):
Experience: Strong level of written and spoken English
Excellent presentation skills, comfort in front of large audiences
Fluency in Spanish and/or French
Education : Engineering or similar degree with a emphasis on any of: Environmental, Health, and Safety Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance, Process Safety Management & Environmental Social Governance
Essential Responsibilities:
You will be a SME Practitioner, working experience as a Subject matter expert
Hold recognizable practical qualification in SME Domain
Discuss industry changes with client & provide information on how it will affect client working process without the need to discuss software
Up to date with latest industry changes
Educate clients on how to implement best practices
Understand all elements of the software across all applications and domains
Understand Advanced configuration of the system (form builder)
Use all the factories to configure the platform with simple configurations
Use of the builder for basic platform changes (rename labels, hide pages, disable switches, and re-organize page
Work with client Senior management to build use cases to support funding bids to C-Level decision makers
Follow Pre-Sales Best Practices and have input into Sales Strategy on Opportunities
Work with Junior Solution Consultants to provide guidance on opportunities
Explain complex information in straight forward way
Combines multiple concepts and perspectives into a unified, convincing message
Create presentations that emphasize value, customized for the audience. Handle hostile audiences
Manage conflicts and resolves disagreements.
Have developed a world-wide network of main contacts within own organization
Deliver demonstration presentations to customers, both remotely and on site for, often, large audiences
Document demonstration presentations for tracking purposes
Work with professional services team to analyze requirements and determine product implementation strategies
Attend and represent Enablon at multiple industry events such as conferences
Learn new versions and features of the software as the product grows and enhances
Participate in various workshops and user groups to improve several processes within the Pre-Sales team and rest of the organization. Other duties as assigned by Manager.
