Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a Construction Manager – MEP (Electrical) to play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all electrical engineering aspects of a large-scale infrastructure project. The Manager will lead a team of talented engineers, providing technical support, guidance, and expertise to ensure the successful execution and delivery of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical support throughout all project phases.

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components for the infrastructure project, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including civil engineers, project managers, and contractors, to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into the overall project framework.

• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to inform decision-making and optimize electrical engineering solutions.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project milestones and deliverables.

• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to resolve complex electrical engineering issues and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field;

• Proven experience minimum 15 years in electrical engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects with a minimum of 10 years experience in KSA.

• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team of engineers.

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.

• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
