Responsibilities BT Prep is Baker Tilly\'s nationally centralized \"processing center\" established to gain efficiency, standardize processes, reduce costs but most importantly to more effectively utilize the time of our accounting professionals. While prior tax preparation experience is ideal, experience is not necessary. We will teach you what you need to know to successfully prepare client tax returns and the most exciting part of it all, your training will be 100% paid for!
