The opportunity

This role involves utilizing various digital channels such as social media, email, and online advertising to drive brand awareness, lead acquisition, and customer engagement. The specialist will analyze digital marketing data and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization, stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

  • Develop and execute targeted digital marketing strategies to generate high quality Acquisition Leads thru multiple digital channels (paid & own media/social media), nurture prospects, and ultimately contribute to expansion of customer base. By leveraging digital marketing tools (Google & Meta dashboards) and analytics, the function aims to optimize lead acquisition efforts, maximize conversion rates, and support commercialized marketing.

  • Working closely with Distribution Channel (Agency) and Analytic team to support Cross Sell & Up Sell program to our Existing Customer Leads.

  • Development & Implementation digital marketing campaigns, managing marketing technology systems, and analyzing performance data to drive marketing insights and optimization.

  • Liaise with local Brand Campaign team and GPMSS (Global Performance Marketing Shared Services) from Regional Office for all digital media placement, monitoring & review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee technical execution of campaign, data control management, digital performance measurement to ensure optimal performance & efficiency.

  • Preparing report according to deadline, refining processes as well as identifying opportunities thru regular team meetings & discussions.

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance both existing & acquisition leads strategies.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in digital lead acquisition, digital marketing, or related roles.

  • Strong analytical & technical skills in data management, excel and analytics.

  • Experience in overseeing lead distribution and managing data validation to drive informed decision-making.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, regional team & external parties.

  • Proficiency in creating reports and leading process improvements.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive team discussions and initiatives.
