Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Description

Seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to craft and uphold an exceptional client experience from preconstruction through warranty, acting as the primary liaison between the owner and our team. Your role will involve developing and managing the construction project schedule, projecting job costs, and steering Owner/Architect/Engineer meetings. You will be responsible for processing change events, issuing change orders, reviewing and approving subcontractor pay applications, and field invoices. Your collaborative spirit will be essential as you assist the superintendent with site logistics and management, participate in ensuring site safety, and maintain the high quality of the project.

Hard Skills

• Experience with project management at a minimum of $10-15M projects

• Developing and maintaining construction schedules

• Projecting job costs

• Conducting professional meetings

• Processing change events and orders

• Subcontractor pay application and field invoice review
