Job Overview: CNC Machinist

Pay Rate: $20-$25 per hour, based on experience.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Flexible)

Responsibilities:

· Operate CNC machines to produce parts from

materials such as steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and copper.

· Perform set-ups and edits at the machine.

· Conduct light programming using Mazak controls.

· Handle approximately 4-5 different jobs each day.

· Use blueprints, calipers, and micrometers to ensure precision.

· Reverse engineer parts for industrial plants like pulp and paper mills and the mining industry.

Skills:

· 5+ years of CNC Machinist experience.

· Experience with CNC mills.

· Ability to perform set-ups and edits at the machine.

· Light programming experience, preferably with Mazak controls.

· Proficiency in reading blueprints and legends.

· Experience with calipers and micrometers.
