Join our dynamic manufacturing team on the westside of Jacksonville, FL, as a bilingual Receptionist/Accounts Payable Specialist! We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills. If you are fluent in English and Spanish, detail-oriented, have experience with invoicing/billing and passionate about contributing to a growing organization, we want to hear from you!

salary: $17 - $17.5 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.

  • Process and handle incoming calls.

  • Manage sorting, mailing invoices, and handling incoming mail.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office effectively.

  • Operate general office equipment such as calculators, copiers, and scanners.

  • Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities.

  • bilingual capabilities (English and Spanish) are advantageous.

  • Exhibit excellent organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members and uphold a strong work ethic.

  • Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

  • Sort, file, and process invoices for payment.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and department heads regarding invoices

  • and necessary documentation.

  • Monitor expenses and maintain records for tax purposes.

  • Reconcile invoices, compare purchase orders, prices, and payment terms.

  • Verify expense reports and address any discrepancies in invoice items.

  • Communicate with the accounts payable team and finance officers regarding workflow

processes.
