• Procedimentos de auditoria

• Técnicas para elaboração e gestão de orçamentos

Principais atividades:

• Responsável por acompanhar, controlar e assegurar a acuracidade das principais ferramentas de negócios (Budget, Forcast, ROI, margens, volume, clientes, previsões de negócios, questões legais, etc.) para o Site / BU.

• Apresentar e divulgar resultados financeiros regularmente, bem como outputs precisos de projetos especiais em relatórios ou apresnetções.

• Cascatear objetivos e atribui ações específicas para o cumprimento das mesmas.

• Assegurar evolução do Valor Econômico (Indicadores requeridos ao negócio) via acompanhamento de liderança operacional.

• Assegurar que a empresa esteja atingindo todos os níveis de governança corporativa exigidas pela SoX e demais procedimentos internos.

• Auxilia no planejamento estratégico de área ou processo.
