We're looking for two new members as Product Operations Manager and Data Engineer!Product Operations Manager

Are you a tech-savvy professional interested in leading digital operations for a P&G? This is an exciting and multifaceted role in which you will ensure critical digital applications and infrastructure at the site are running efficiently, with the proper resilience in place, and are fully compliant and secure. You will also be empowered to drive continuous improvements while building your supply chain experience, gaining IT mastery, and applying that mastery to accelerate your site’s digital journey.

Data Engineer:

The Data Engineer is responsible for the overall design, implementation, and maintenance of systems required for efficient and reliable data processing. This role involves leveraging data analytics tools and digital twin models to extract insights and knowledge from large and complex datasets. The Data Engineer will utilize various techniques, including statistical analysis, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data visualization, to support data-driven decision-making processes. Drive all aspects of collecting, analyzing, integrating, modelling, processing, and refining data from different sources across the P&G ecosystem and external sources as needed by your product team or area.

What You'll Do

  • Drive operational excellence for our products. Work with a multi-functional team to ensure any system or infrastructure issues are timely communicated and fixed.

  • Responsible for ensuring strong digital stewardship and IT Controls - Audits Ready Every Day

  • Lead and deliver new value for the digital products.

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at each stage.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain, to drive alignment and execute product strategies.

  • Develop and implement robust processes and systems to streamline product operations, including demand planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Continuously assess and optimize the supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.

  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to drive operational efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.

  • Lead and inspire a team of product operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive individual and team success.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product operations or a related role, with a track record of successfully managing complex product portfolios.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive results.

  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach, leveraging insights to identify opportunities and solve problems.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

  • Experience working in [industry/sector] is a plus.
