Product Manager

Are you a tech-savvy professional interested in leading Digital Product for a P&G? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will play a vital role in driving innovation, shaping product strategy, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. What You'll Do

• Set priorities for m digital products by collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand different perspectives and reach a clear definition of opportunities, becoming the go-to person for other teams regarding the digital product.

• Define, track, and improve the Value KPIs for your Product.

• Understand customer needs and translate them into valuable, feasible, and usable user stories to be prioritized in the product backlog, aligning with engineering capacity and the defined roadmap.

• Communicate the status of the digital product to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

• Drive the vision and strategy for digital products, define the roadmap, and provide guidance to the digital product team on what should be built.

• Make data-driven decisions in complex, multivariable environments, leveraging insights to inform product direction.

• Create personas, user journeys, and user flows to guide the design and development of digital products.

• Develop and run experiments to validate or disprove concepts, iterating based on user feedback and data analysis.

• Contribute to agile ceremonies, collaborating closely with agile teams to bring digital products to life.

Job Qualifications

• University degree in 2024 or recently graduated

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to teammates and non-technical colleagues.

• Understand CI/CD tools and familiar working in a DevOps environment.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools, such as Jira or Trello.

• Passion for innovation, customer-centricity, and a deep understanding of user experience principles.

Nice to have:

• Experience developing and deploying production software.

• A history of solving hard problems with creative solutions.

• Experience with cloud native development on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform.
