What You Will Do
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is primarily responsible for fostering collaborative relationships with key account customers to drive business growth. As the main point of contact, the KAM oversees account management, sales management, and field management. Key responsibilities include sales forecasting, planning and executing promotions, monitoring business performance, reporting, and managing budgets and trade spend.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve / exceed all key sales measures and targets Net Sales, Gross Margin & Trade Spend for the account portfolio
Negotiating and settling down trade terms, signing and complying annual or periodic agreements
Work in partnership with brand and trade marketing to ensure development and implementation
of customer strategy and achieve best-in-class account 4P targets
Provide challenge within a Category Business Team from a customer perspective
Lead customer relations at high level to ensure a healthy business development
Overall continuous improvement-identifying opportunities for efficiency & profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories
Take responsibility for providing accurate monthly and annual sales forecast for each customer
Main performance measures (Performance Goals): Net Sales, Gross Margin, Product portfolio, Market share
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor degree.
Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of account management experience in FMCG, ecommerce experience is a plus.
Language: Fluency in English.
Good command in MS Office.
Result oriented, entrepreneurial and having commercial acumen.
