Providence St. Joseph Health Social Worker LCSW in Issaquah, Washington

Description Social Worker LCSW - Swedish Issaquah(HR) SCHEDULE: M-F 8 hour days 7am-3:30pm The Issaquah High Schools Teen Counselor LCSW is responsible for providing case coordination and a full range of clinical social work services including but not limited to psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, crisis intervention and resource referral, within a high school setting. The Teen Counselor partners with the adolescent and when appropriate, his/her support system as well as connecting him/her with resources inside the school system and in the community. The social worker is guided by the NASW Code of Ethics and the Swedish Mission, Vision and Values in his or her daily practice Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License Excellent clinical experience and ability to manage clients in crisis. Preferred Qualifications: Education in working in a school environment Or Experience in working in a school environment. Education working with families is preferred. Or Experience working with families. 1 year Social work/counseling with adolescent populations. Experience in working in a school environment. Experience working with families.
