Citigroup Digital Product Manager Analyst in Irving, Texas

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Product Manager Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Responsible for end-to-end implementation of customer facing digital experiences, which includes ideation, designing customer journey, gathering and grooming requirements, and conducting post-release analysis. Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market and customer experience. Leverage analytics to prioritize backlog for feature enablement, product improvement, and bug fixes. Monitor digital product performance metrics and indicators, including synthesizing of data to validate feature change impact and determine key findings. Gather insights from customer data and feedback to identify the gaps in customer journey and make recommendations to resolve the gaps with new features. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, and secure stakeholder buy in and governance approvals. Perform usability testing and user research to evaluate customer pain points, test options, and validate solutions to customer needs. Work with digital product design team to produce wireframes and copy decks for digital experience journeys. Evaluate competitive landscape, industry trends, and technology innovations to identify opportunities for new product development and existing product enhancements. Create user stories and acceptance criteria that articulate business requirements and customer needs to enable development work. Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate strategies for feature requirements. Effectively manage multiple initiatives concurrently and adjust priorities as circumstances dictate. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology Management, Management Science or related field and 3 years of experience as a Business Operations Analyst or related position involving leveraging data analytics to improve user experience for digital products. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 5 years of the specified progressive post-baccalaureate experience. Full span of experience must include: Data analysis using analytics platform; Grooming user stories in a product management tool to enable development work; Review digital product prototypes by utilizing design tool such as Figma; Competitive and industry analyses to identify enhancements; Gathering insights from customer data and feedback; and Performing user research to evaluate customer pain points.
