First National Bank & Trust, a growth orientated, independent community bank serving Dickinson County for over 137 years is currently seeking applications for a teller supervisory position in our Dickinson County Market. Primary responsibilities include supervision of the teller operations of the branch; delivery of quality customer service; sales of bank products and services; strengthening existing customer relationships and developing new business. The successful applicant will have a minimum of an associate degree in business administration/finance or a related field or three years of bank supervisory experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.
