Greentech Manufacturing Inc. manufactures Crown Royal Stoves, a line of outdoor furnaces that are used to heat homes and businesses. We also provide a full line of plumbing and heating products as well as custom metal fabrication services. Sales Representative Job Duties: Be knowledgeable about our product lines. Processing orders for customers via phone, in person, trades shows, etc. Follow through to guarantee customer satisfaction. Calling new and established customers on a regular basis. Prospect & initiate contact with potential customers. Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion. Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements. Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors. Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships. Perform cost- benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Analyze the territory/market s potential, track sales and status reports. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. *This is not intended to be a full list of duties.
